ORDER

By consent, these writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, the learned standing counsel has taken notice for the respondents.

3.The petitioner claims that he is a street vendor and claims a vending certificate under the provisions at the Street Vendors (Protection of livelihood Regulation) Act 2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application filed by the petitioner to this effect is pending with the 2nd respondent since 18.01.2023.

4.The 2nd respondent is now required to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 18.01.2023 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
