This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.05.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1)(h), 4(1)(b), 4(l)(i), 4(1-A), 14A of T.N.P. Act, and Sections 4(1)(A) of T.N.P. Amendment Act and Sections 318, 336, 340, 341 of BNS @ 4(1)(aaa), 4(1)(h), 4(1)(b), 4(1)(i), 4(1-A), 14A of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been detained under the Goondas Act.

3. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
