Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender before the court in pursuance with order dated 23.06.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.10789 of 2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.THIRUGNANAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 23.06.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to surrender before the lower court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to surrender before the lower court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
