This application has been filed to amend the petition and order copy as, the sections 2, 21(d)(e)(f), 21(1)(a)(b), 35 and 35(b) of Tamilnadu Fores 1882 Act V, instead of Sections 2, 21(d)(e)(f), 35 and 35(b) of Tamil nadu Forest Act 1882 and another amend Sathish @ Sathishkumar instead of Sathish and in Crl.M.P.No.13400 of in Crl.O.P.No.19154 of 2022 order dated 12.08.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.M.P.No.13400 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19154 of 2022, dated 12.08.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
