This application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner with a direction to seize the schedule mentioned vehicle which is lying under the custody of the respondents or their men, agents, servants or anyone claiming under them from yard of the first respondent situated at No.15/56 Sathyamoorthy Street, Motchapuram, Korrukupet, Chennai - 600 021, or any other place where the scheduled asset is found, with the Police and by breaking open locks if necessary and to take the same into his custody and sell the same at fair market price.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.K.Subashini, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that since they are not able to trace the vehicle, instant application may be closed.
