.. Respondents Petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 2nd respondent to produce the petitioner's husband/detenu, namely, Vimal Raj, aged about 27 years, who is now missing.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.,) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, namely, Vimal Raj, aged about 27 years, praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to produce the detenu, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

2. It has been stated that the detenu, who was working as a driver in a Canteen, had been missing from 13.11.2015. Therefore, the petitioner had preferred a complaint, before the 2nd respondent police. Since no action had been taken by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the 2nd respondent had produced the detenu before this Court.

On enquiry, he had stated that due to certain misunderstandings between him and his wife, the petitioner herein had left his matrimonial home. He had further stated that he is willing to go along with his wife, the petitioner herein.

In view of the said submissions made by the detenu, we are of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. The detenu is permitted to go along with his wife.
