C.M.P. No.14537 of 2020 in C.M.A. SR.107764 of 2019 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

This petition is filed to extend the time for paying 50% Court fee of Rs.4,500/- in C.M.A.SR.107764 of 2019 against M.C.O.P.No.792 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (II Additional District Judge), Poonamallee.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Court by the order dated 05.09.2019, directed the petitioners to pay 50% of the Court fee viz., Rs.4,500/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. The petitioners could not arrange money and pay the amount in time and they paid the Court fee only on 04.02.2020 and has come out with the present petition to extend the time granted by this Court.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioners have already paid the Court fee on 04.02.2020, this petition is ordered.
