C.M.P.No.319 of 2021 in A.S. No. 7 of 2021 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J This petition has been filed to stay the Judgment and decree dated 31.07.2020 in O.S.No.32 of 2012 on the file of the learned District Judge at Karaikal pending disposal of the main appeal suit.

2.It is seen from the records that this Court by order dated 10.02.2021 has granted stay of passing of the final decree alone. Accordingly, the stay granted on 10.02.2021 is made absolute.
