O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Respondents to register a First Information Report based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.02.2021.

2.The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint to the Chief Minister's Special Cell, which was forwarded to the respondent police, thereafter, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that the current papers of the petitioner has been received by the respondent police, thereafter, enquiry conducted and the case has been closed. The report is also made ready. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submits that no such closure report has served on him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the same, the respondent police is directed furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner would take appropriate action to redress his grievance, if any.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
