C.M.P.Nos.17449, 17452 and 17453 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.410 of 2017 R.KALAIMATHI, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1733 days in filing the application to bring the L.Rs., of the deceased 1st respondent and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent and to bring the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent Shahul Hameed Viz., the proposed respondents 3 to 5 as respondents 3 to 5 in the above C.M.A.No.410 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has stated no objection allow these petitions.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, these petitions are allowed.
