Mr.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate files a compliance report dated 08.07.2024 confirming the position that the arrears of pension have been credited to the petitioner's bank account through electronic clearance on 08.07.2024.
2. Mr.Nandagopal, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, would also confirm this position. A copy of the Government Order under which the amount has been paid will be furnished to Mr.Nandagopal, for onward transmission to the petitioner forthwith.
