ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.4(b) in Crl.O.P.No.29774 of 2024, dated 03.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
