O R D E R

The petition for transfer is filed to withdraw the HMOP No.71 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Villupuram and to transfer the same to the Family Court at Chennai.

2. The petitioner and the respondent are present before this Court and with the efforts of the respective learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties to the lis on hand, they have decided to resume the matrimonial home and accordingly, given their individual undertaking that they will withdraw the case filed in HMOP No.71 of 2021 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Villupuram and go for reunion.

3. The HMOP No.71 of 2021 filed by the respondent for Restitution of Conjugal Rights on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Villupram stands withdrawn. Thus, no further adjudication is required and consequently, the Tr.C.M.P.No.831 of 2022 stands disposed of as closed in view of the undertaking given by the parties for reunion. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
