By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner submitted second appeal before the respondent on 25.02.2016 by collecting information under the Right to Information Act, with regard to the beneficiaries who have been issued with patta in Na.Ka.No.01839109 - E1, dated 20.07.2008 and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.K.C.Karl Marx, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the merits of the same, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's second appeal dated 25.02.2016, in accordance with law and after putting on notice, the persons concerned, shall pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
