Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court as the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday and Monday Morning on 10.30 a.m in Crl.O.P.No.21610 of 2017 dated 5/12/2017 against the Crime No.1067 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent and of MR.M.VIJAYAKUMAR, ADVOCATE FOR INTERVENER the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21610 of 2017 dated 05.12.2017.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday and Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 18.07.2018, the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- in a Fixed Deposit for a period of one year with auto renewal in the name of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on 25.07.2018. He would submit that the petitioner also undertakes to comply with the further orders by depositing the balance amount as per his undertaking.

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the respondent on the first day of every month at 10.30.am. until further orders.

5. Post the matter on 23.08.2018 for reporting further compliance of orders dated 18.07.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.8775 of 2018. -sd/- 26/07/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
