This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records and quash the First Information Report in Crime No.6/2021 on the file of the first respondent/Complainant.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition with liberty to file a fresh quash petition to challenge the charge sheet.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.67 of 2021 on 16.11.2021.
