(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Seeking to condone the delay of 444 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 24.02.2022 passed by I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in S.C.No.184 of 2019, this petition has been filed.

2. We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been properly and satisfactorily explained by showing sufficient cause, delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
