The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 27.01.2016 of the petitioner and to file a final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.On perusal of the typed set of papers, it reveals that the the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 27.01.2016 to the respondents by post. He has also filed postal receipts. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh complaint before the second respondent. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and follow the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out.

The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
