ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2023 made in respect of Annual Increment, increment for having acquired Diploma and to pay 1/4

travelling allowance and dearness allowance for the period from August 2018 onwards.

2. According to the petitioner, he originally joined as a Medical Officer and now working in Banawaram Primary Health Centre, Ranipet District. It is his grievance that the annual increment for the year 2006-2007, one increment for acquiring Diploma in Anaesthesia, Travelling allowance and Dearness allowance for the outstation were not given to the petitioner. Hence, he submitted a representation to the respondents on 27.04.2023, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Since, the prayer is limited seeking for a direction, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Accordingly, this writ petition stands is disposed of. No costs.
