ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The present Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having disobedience of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, in Crl.M.P.No. 2660 of 2024 dated. 07.01.2025

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the order dated 07.01.2025, F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.851 of 2025 dated 25.06.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present case.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition is closed.
