O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for not obeying the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.31373 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, submitted that the interest on commutation of pension has been paid to the petitioners. The particulars were also placed before this Court.

3. Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that they dispute the amount calculated by the respondents.

4. The above dispute cannot be gone into in this contempt petition. The petitioners will have to necessarily work out the remedy in the manner known to law.

Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. 2/4
