ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the docket order dated 27.04.2022 passed in E.P.No.16 of 2014 in A.R.C.No.12 of 2010 on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge, Vellore.
2. When the matter was taken up today for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/4th Judgment Debtor represented that already entire decree amount was recovered through his salary and the matter become infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for R1/Decree holder represented that Decree holder will file calculation memo for the purpose of indicating the amount recovered from the judgment debtors.
4. Since the present civil revision petition is filed challenging the attachment order and already the attachment order was executed and the amount was recovered through salary, the Revision petition became infructuous and no further order is required. The parties are at liberty to workout their remedy, if any excess amount recovered through attachment. 2/4
5. With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
