Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated on 16.03.2016 and 03.05.2016 in accordance with law with the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that his father Saminathan had purchased lands admeasuring to an extent of 0.20 cents in survey no.60/4 and 0.20 cents in survey no.60/3 vide registered sale deed bearing document no.428/1959 dated 22.03.1959 registered on

the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Thiyagathurugam and also purchased another land admeasuring to an extent of 0.05.0 ares in survey no.61/1 at Peezhamedu Post and Colony, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District vide registered sale deed bearing document no.218/1959 dated 13.02.1959 registered on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Thiyagathurugam and also issued with pattas in patta nos.442 and 196 respectively and after his demise, the petitioner succeeded to his Estate and also name transfer in the pattas.

3.The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the sixth respondent has intentionally inserted his name in patta no.442 and also inserted the survey nos.61/1 and 61/5 of the petitioner's properties in his patta no.723 and the petitioner in this regard, has submitted representations dated 16.03.2016 and 03.05.2016 to the respondents 1 to 4 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. 4.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Mohamed Ansar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

5.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 16.03.2016 and 03.05.2016, in accordance with law and after putting on notice, the respondents 5 and 6, shall pass orders, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 5 and 6. 6.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
