This petition has been filed to grant a further period of six months to complete the investigation and to file the final report as per direction given by this Court in its order dated 03.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.4490 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.3723 of 2021.

2. It is seen that this Court passed by an order dated 22.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3723 of 2021, directing the petitioners to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months. Thereafter, the petitioners filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.4490 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.3723 of 2021 for extension of time to complete the investigation. This Court by an order dated 03.04.2023 granted further period of three months to complete the investigation and to file a final report. Now, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the petitioners seeks further time to complete the investigation and to file a final report.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time to complete the investigation in Crime No.14 of 2022 and to file a final report is extended for further period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
