When the matter was called on 28.06.2018 morning there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was passed over to 2:15 p.m. Even at 2:15 p.m there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to post the Writ Petition on 29.06.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, (29.06.2018) when the matter is called there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
