The above applications have been filed to set aside the adjudication order dated 04.07.2019, all of which have been passed since the workmen have not produced the documents to substantiate their case that they are the employees of the company in liquidation. Now they have obtained the necessary documents to show proof that they are the workmen of the Company in liquidation. The Official Liquidator has received the application pertaining to the applicants in Comp.A.Nos.294, 296 and 297 of 2019. The application with reference to the applicant in Comp.A.No.295 has not been received. The Official Liquidator would now submit that he has no objection to receive the application of Mr.A.R.Pandi, the applicant in Comp.A.No.295 of 2019.
2. The adjudication order dated 04.07.2019 is consequently set aside. The Official Liquidator is directed to withdraw the claim and the re1/3
adjudicate their respective claims as expeditiously as possible. The applications are allowed as prayed for.
