(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) It is stated before us that the G.O. has finally been issued on 04.01.2016, being G.O. (Ms.) No.1, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (H2) Department and the only issue left is of implementation of the G.O.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader states that he has obtained instructions that the G.O. will be implemented within eight (8) weeks.
