This application has been filed seeking ratification of the action of the Official Liquidator in engaging the services of M/s.Karnataka Security Services, Bengaluru to safeguard the assets of the Company at its unit in Bengaluru and also to pay the pending bills of the security provider.

2.It is seen from the records that the necessity for engaging a new security agency had arisen because of the withdrawal of the earlier security agency.

3.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered as prayed for.
