This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.12028 of 2023 against the petitioner/accused trial pending before the Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram from "(b) the petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders .

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, final report is filed and the case is taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.75 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
