This Application is filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the Application to set aside the order of dismissal due to non prosecution dated 12.02.2024 and to restore the suit in C.S.

No.81 of 2012 back to file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the delay can be condoned and the Application be ordered.

3. I have independently gone through the affidavit filed in support of the Application and I am satisfied with the reasons set out therein for the delay of 14 days. This Application is allowed and suit is restored to file.

4.Post the C.S. No.81 of 2012 on 02.08.2024.
