This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in STC.No.250 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Ambattur. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3.It is seen that trial in STC.No.250 of 2017 has already begun with examination and cross-examination of PW1. Under such circumstances, proceedings cannot be quashed. However, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
