ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Act V 21 (a), (d), (e),(f) and (g) and Sec 51 Tamil Nadu Forest Act 1882 and Sec 9 r/w 2(16),(b),(c) and 51 Tamil Nadu Forest Act 1882 and Sec 9 r/w 2(16), (b), (c) and 51 of Wild life Protection Act, 1972, in Crime No.62 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner.

Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed then there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
