..Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 26.06.2023 and consequently direct the first respondent to regularize the service in accordance with 1/5
Government G.O.Ms.No.22, dated 28.02.2006 and issue other benefits from the date of regularization.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2023 and consequently direct the first respondent to regularize his service in accordance with Government G.O.Ms.No.22, dated 28.02.2006.
2. The petitioner joined as a Casual Labour under the control of the fifth respondent on 01.10.1982 and he has almost completed 41 years of unblemished service. Though the third respondent/Executive Engineer sent a letter dated 31.05.2010 to the Superintending Engineer, recommending his service to be regularized with other employees as they completed 10 years of service, they were not regularized. Hence, he made a representation dated 26.06.2023, but the same has not been considered. Therefore the present Writ Petition is filed. 2/5
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the recommendation of the third respondent dated 31.05.2010 to regularize the service of the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
