The present petition has been filed seeking modification in the Sections shown in the order dated 28.09.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.17611 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the affidavit the petitioner has inadvertently omitted to mention Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Development & Regulations Act, 1957 and he has mentioned only Sections 379 and 430 of IPC. Therefore, he prays that this Court may amend the order incorporating Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Development & Regulations Act, 1957 as well and issue fresh order copy.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for amending this said order.

4. In view of the above, Registry is directed to include Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals Development & Regulations Act, 1957 in Para 1 of the order dated 28.09.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.17611 of 2021 and issue fresh order copy to https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
