This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in order dated 03.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.3139 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25480 of 2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
