ORDER
The petitioner seeks for expeditious disposal of HMOP No.3964 of 2023 on the file of VI Additional Family Court, Chennai.
2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that despite trial having commenced, the matter has been pending at the stage of cross examination of P.W.2 and the respondent has been seeking 1/3

sr adjournments without any legitimate excuse. Learned Senior Counsel seeks only speedy disposal of HMOP No.3964 of 2023.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
4. Considering the fact that HMOP No.3964 of 2023 is pending for more than 2 years, the learned Judge, VI Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to take HMOP No.3964 of 2023 along with HMOP No.2890 of 2023, filed by the respondent/wife for restitution of conjugal rights, try both the petitions together and dispose of both HMOP No.3964 of 2023 and 2890 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
