This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4397 of in Crl.O.P.No.1530 of 2021 on 08.04.2021 to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
