Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition of report before respondent police to Tirupur South Town Police Station, Gangayam Cross Road, Tirupur in Crl.O.P.No.21457 of 2016 on 29.08.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SUDALAIKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Ms.KRITIKA KAMAL.P. Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 29.08.2017 in Crl.OP.No.21457 of 2016, on certain conditions, one of which is that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for interrogation daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the above said condition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent-State.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a lady and the said condition may be relaxed.

4. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is appearing before the respondent police from 30.06.2018, except the following days i.e. 01.07.2018, 05.07.2018, 06.07.2018, 08.07.2018, 09.07.2018 and 13.07.2018.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. till 23.07.2018

and thereafter, the condition shall stand relaxed. The petitioner is also directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
