ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 5(j)(ii) and 6 of Protection of Child From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and section 9 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, in Crime No.02 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner kidnapped the victim minor girl and thereby performed marriage. Hence, the complaint.

3. This court had earlier granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.3721 of 2021 by imposing certain conditions. However, the petitioner without complying the conditions and filing of sureties, no case arises for had filed this anticipatory bail application.

4. In view of the above position no case arises for grant of fresh anticipatory bail and this petition is disposed of and time is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order for complying the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 3172 of 2021.
