Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.17884/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.V.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court with in a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, they shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- without sureties under Section 88 Cr.P.C., on undertaking to appear before the trial Court without waiting for summons in the event of Crl.O.P.No. 17884 of 2018 getting dismissed. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court shall stand dispensed with, till the disposal of Crl.O.P.No.17884 of 2018.
