ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation given to the 1 st respondent dated 27.05.2025 along with the medical certificate and other documents produced by the petitioner and also to permit the petitioner to produce the necessary documents(Mark sheet, Community certificate etc.,) in person and to accept the same and pass orders in the interests of justice.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/TNPSC would submit that the prayer in the writ petition is only to consider the representation

of the petitioner dated 27.05.2025 with Medical Certificate and other documents produced by the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents would further submit that the petitioner was permitted to produce the mark sheets for verification, but since he did not fall within the zone of consideration, he was not selected.

4. In view of the above submissions, this Court finds that nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same stands closed.
