2.The E.P. has been filed to execute the Arbitral Award, which is the subject matter of challenge in Arb.O.P. (Com.Div.) No.188 of 2024. 3.A.No.2515 of 2024 has been filed by the petitioner in Arb.O.P. (Com.Div.) No.188 of 2024 seeking interim stay of operation of the impugned Arbitral Award.
