ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent-Police to execute the NBW issued against A1 within stipulated time and complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.2809 of 2023 on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, as per the order passed by this Court.

2. A.1 in this case himself had surrendered before the Magistrate and NBW was 1 / 3

cancelled. Already, A.1 was appearing before the trial Court and the case before the trial Court is now posted to 05.08.2025 for framing of charges. Since the case is pending from the year 2023, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case within a reasonable time as per the roster.
