W.M.P.No.24100 of 2022 in W.P.No.11664 of 2022 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to implead the petitionerM/s.VDSR Rolling Mills, Rep. By its Managing Director Mr.Raj Kumar, Son of late V.D.Samathraj Sowcar, having Office at No.1, Thandrampet Road, Tiruvannamalai 606601 as 4th respondent in the writ petition.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Admittedly, the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.12 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruvannamalai, for declaration of title against the Government and the same is pending. Hence, this court is of the view that the petitioner is a proper and necessary party and he must be heard in the writ petition.

4. In view of the above, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the petitioner is impleaded as 4th respondent in the writ petition. 24..04..2024 kmk Note: The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the writ petition on 24.06.2024.
