Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct the re-polling of the 7th Ward Panchayath at Thirumalaipatti Panchayath, Puduchatram Taluk, Namakkal District, which was failure to following order of this Court in W.P.No.20671 of 2021 on 01.10.2021 and consequently direct the respondents to fix CCTV camera recording with face and voice to the entire processes of during the pooling booth, strong-room, counting of votes.
