Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these applications and the fact that the amendment is only regarding the name of the 18th respondent, these applications are allowed.

2. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs to carryout amendment by 19.08.2019 and also take steps for service of the 18th respondent in the suit as well as the application as per the amended plaint and application.
