Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the proposed respondent, viz., Akkaraipatti Mandram, Rep. By its President N.Rajendran, Rasipuram Taluk, Akkaraipatti, Namakkal District, is impleaded as 4th respondent. WMP No.8613 of 2016, is ordered accordingly.

2. Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the main Writ Petition as well as in the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition.
