The second respondent vide letter No.10509/R1/2024 dated 05.09.2024 has stated that the convict prisoner was released on bail from on 08.08.2024, as per the orders of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10806 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.980/2024 dated 02.08.2024 and the subsequent Bail Bond was issued by the learned I Additional Sessions Court for EC and NDPS cases, Chennai vide Dis.No.5028/2024 dated 08.08.2024. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
