There is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel on 16.06.2017 and today.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the dispute

has been amicably settled between the parties in the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre and he further submitted that the mediation report shall form part of the order. The Mediation Centre has produced Mediation report dated 11.01.2017, enclosing the joint memo of compromise entered between the parties, which was signed by the parties, and the same is hereby recorded.

3. In view of the above settlement between the parties, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is disposed of in terms of the mediation report and joint memo of compromise entered between the parties. The mediation report and joint memo of compromise shall form part of the order. No costs.
