2. The petitioner has challenged the judgment and decree in O.S. No.139 of 2016 dated 07.07.2022, passed by the learend District Munsif Judge, Chengalpattu and direct the District Registrar, South Chennai to proceed with the enquiry referring to the order passed in OS. No.139 of 2016 dated 07.07.2022 with available records in the Registration Department. I am unable to see how the present revision petition is maintainable when other remedies are available to the revision petitioner.
3. In the light of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out their remedies in accordance with law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
